We will be sure to send it to you and upgrade the sizing for the inconvenience. I don't know how I missed that. There aren't any directions included in the packaging however each individual product has a description and instructions on the website. Thank you for the feedback because we will copy and paste them under the Starter Pack as well as print them out and include them inside of the box.
For the Super Sea Moss skin care, a little bit goes a very long way! You can apply it from head to toe and it's wonderful for babies as well.
